How to Make a Claim
We've made our claims process simple and straightforward. If you believe one of our guarantees applies to your order, here's what to do:

Provide Details
Include your order number, photos of the issue (if applicable), and a description of what went wrong.
Review
We will review your claim within 2 business days and determine if it qualifies under our guarantee terms.
Resolution
Once approved, we'll process your reprint or discount immediately. We aim to resolve all claims within 14 working days.
