    Refund and Returns Policy

    Returns: We cannot accept returns of any kind. All sales are final once your artwork proof has been approved for production. All products are considered personalised goods made to your specifications and cannot be re-sold to anyone else so please always double-check the proofs and artwork visuals we always supply with every bespoke order.

    Order specifications: The specification of your order will be included in the quotation and invoice provided at the time of enquiry. It is your responsibility to let us know of any errors in the specification before placing the order in full or in the provided screen proof before approving it for production. For custom orders, such as a bespoke cut or size not listed on our website, your provided screen proof will clearly show the shape and orientation. Once an artwork proof has been approved for production the order cannot be cancelled and a refund cannot be offered. We may offer a resolution where possible but at our sole discretion. Please always double-check the proofs and artwork visuals we always supply with every bespoke order.

    Refunds: We do not offer refunds on orders including personalised goods. However, in the event that an order needs to be cancelled and the order has not yet been approved for production, we will offer a refund in full if you have provided artwork. If you have used our design service, you will be offered a partial refund to cover the applicable design fees associated with the order and may be billed for the remainder if required.

    You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear evidence of any defect/issue. If we are satisfied that there is a defect we will endeavour to resolve the issue within 3 working days. We are not liable for any design error whether the design is done by us or provided by you as all issues will be highlighted in the screen proof provided for your approval and it is your responsibility to reject the proof and request design changes or provide new artwork for us to check and send a new proof. Should we decide the defect has occurred in transit or is damaged through the fault of our own then we may offer a full or partial refund or replacement at our sole discretion.

    Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, you may do so up until the artwork is approved for production. After artwork approval, the order cannot be cancelled. Please note that once artwork has been approved for production, the order cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be issued.

    Changing your order: Once you have approved your order for production, we are not able to make any adjustments or changes so please always double-check the proofs and artwork visuals we always supply with every bespoke order.
