Please note that our turnaround times are calculated in working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after our 10:30am cut-off time will require an additional working day for processing.

To ensure the highest quality print for your order, please follow these artwork guidelines:

1. File Format: We accept artwork in PDF, JPEG, or PNG formats. Please ensure files are high resolution (300dpi) for the best print results.
2. Bleed: Include a 3mm bleed on all sides to prevent white borders during trimming.
3. Colour Mode: All artwork should be submitted in CMYK colour mode. RGB artwork will be automatically converted, which may affect colour accuracy.
4. Safe Zone: Keep all essential text and images at least 5mm from the edge of your artwork to avoid trimming.
5. Fonts: Convert all text to outlines or embed fonts within the artwork to prevent font issues during printing.
